Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1945. Without objection, CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 4(FIN) was adopted. 2018-02-09 Senate Journal Page 1971 Senator Egan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 9, line 24, following "fee": Insert "; "hair braiding" does not include styling wigs or making wigs" Senator Egan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Micciche objected then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
